Vintage Blue 100% Cotton Mechanic Work Shirt (that belonged to "Andy")

This is a pre-owned short sleeve blue work shirt. According to the patch on front, it belonged to someone named "Andy". It is size Large - approx. 24" across chest x approx. 30" long. The other front patch reads, "City of Radford Virginia", "Public Works Department" and "Sanitation - Solid Waste". There are two front pockets. In good vintage condition with no issues I can see.
