I made this unique brooch out of an old casino chip attached to a plastic vintage buckle. It features "Bugsy" Siegel. There's some black rhinestone chain embellishment. Parts used are vintage and may show scratches, markings, (bullet holes? Just kidding on those). Wear a piece of history with this mobster brooch!
